We use only the best quality raw materials in the world.
Approximately 50% of the raw material intake comes from Shandong Province, which is the best quality poultry and agriculture province in China. Other raw materials are imported directly from suppliers (without a trader between) who produce the highest quality in the world. Part of the raw materials are imported directly from different countries like New Zealand, Peru, Brazil...
All raw materials coming to our factory after the analysis values are approved for compliance with the required criteria are placed in our raw material warehouses composed of 12.000 m? closed area and checked and inspected in full compliance with the HACCP regulations.
Advantages of Using In-House Produced Meat Meal and Meat Slurry as Raw Materials in a Cat Food Plant
1. Full Supply Chain Control
In-house production ensures complete oversight over raw material sourcing, processing conditions, and storage. This reduces risks of contamination, adulteration, or inconsistent quality often found in externally purchased meat meals.
2. Superior Freshness & Nutrient Retention
Meat slurry can be processed immediately from fresh meat, minimizing heat damage and oxidation. This preserves heat-labile amino acids (e.g., taurine, methionine) and essential fatty acids, boosting protein digestibility and palatability.
3. Customizable Nutritional Profiles
The plant can adjust protein/fat ratios, mineral content (e.g., calcium/phosphorus), and moisture levels based on specific formulas (e.g., kitten, renal, or grain-free diets), avoiding the fixed specs of commercial meat meals.
4. Traceability & Transparency
Full documentation from farm to finished kibble supports clear labeling claims (e.g., “single-protein source,” “no rendered by-products”). This builds consumer trust and simplifies regulatory compliance.
5. Cost Efficiency & Supply Stability
Eliminating middlemen reduces per-unit costs when processing large volumes. In-house production also hedges against market shortages or price spikes in rendered meat meals.
6. Enhanced Palatability & Texture
Freshly processed meat slurry retains natural juices and volatile compounds that improve flavor acceptance. It also acts as a natural binder in extrusion, producing a uniform kibble texture without synthetic humectants.
7. Reduced Anti-Nutritional Factors
Customized cooking parameters (time/temperature) inactivate enzymes like lipases and proteases that could degrade fat stability or protein quality during shelf life.
8. Lower Carbon Footprint
Eliminating transport of bulk meat meals reduces fuel consumption. Byproduct streams (e.g., liver, lung) can be immediately processed into slurry, maximizing utilization and minimizing waste.
