1. Supplier Approval Program

All raw material suppliers must pass a strict qualification process, including on-site audits, food safety certifications, and ingredient-specific risk assessments.

2. Incoming Raw Material Inspection

Every delivery is visually and physically inspected, tested for:

· Chemical contaminants (e.g., mycotoxins, heavy metals)

· Microbial safety (e.g., Salmonella, E. coli)

· Nutritional specifications (protein, fat, moisture)

· Physical purity (foreign objects, spoilage)

3. Rejection & Traceability System

Non-conforming materials are immediately rejected and returned. Each approved batch is assigned a unique traceability code, enabling full chain tracking — from farm to finished bag.

4. Cold Chain & Storage Control

Perishable ingredients (fresh meat, fish, vegetables) are kept under strict temperature monitoring throughout receiving, sampling, and storage to prevent degradation.
